Cala Turqueta — a 20-minute sail east of Macarella — is a perfectly symmetrical horseshoe-shaped cove, surrounded by a forest of Mediterranean pines and junipers that descend to the water’s edge. Its water is 15 to 20 meters deep in transparency over a white sandy bottom — one of Menorca’s most beautiful anchorages for spending an afternoon or even a night in an incomparable natural setting.
Land access to Cala Turqueta requires a 20-minute walk from the nearest parking lot — in high season, this parking lot is often full by 9 AM. From the sea, our tender docks directly on the white sand without any constraints.
Cala Mitjana is one of the least known and most preserved coves on the south coast — framed by pines that descend to the water’s edge, with exceptionally clear water and a preserved Posidonia seabed. It is difficult to access from land via an unmarked path — our captain reserves it for days when we seek total isolation and absolute tranquility.
Cala Galdana is the most developed of the southern calas — with a hotel, restaurants, and a well-equipped beach. It is Menorca’s most accessible cove from land — and therefore the busiest. Our captain uses it mainly for provisioning and lunches at seaside restaurants, before returning to more secluded coves for overnight anchoring.
Ciudadela — at the western end of the island — is one of the most beautiful port cities in the Balearics. Its natural harbor — a deep inlet carved into the limestone rock — is accessible to superyachts up to 50 meters and is one of the most beautiful ports of call in the entire archipelago.
