The Gulf of Saint-Tropez in June — Ideal Conditions
June is often considered the best month of the year for cruising in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. The sea is 21–23°C, the mistral blows less frequently than in July–August, anchorages are not yet saturated by summer crowds, and the June light over the Gulf is particularly beautiful.
For anchorages around the port, Cap Taillat and Pampelonne are accessible by tender from an anchorage in the Gulf—the same base used for access to the Pampelonne beach clubs in high season.
